Every student goes through an immersive interdisciplinary experience across real-world domains to build a Power Profile. Unlike standardized tests, they unlock powerful personalized insights through a delightful experience that enables them to discover their unique passions and talents. They go on to make informed decisions by picking up the right domains to deep dive in and pursue advanced talent development leading to predictable outcomes in college and beyond.

Power Club meets every student where they are & challenges them in unique ways. Every student goes through a nonlinear journey, from interdisciplinary exploration of domains through challenges and projects, to a deep-dive into select domains for advanced development. Power Club coaches continually map talents and aspirations of each student and empower them to rise to a place of self-discovery and creative fulfillment that unleashes their true potential.

Beyond perfectionism - a zone of proximal development and future focused skills and mindsets
A lot is expected from students, who feel added pressure from themselves and the world at large. Power Club nurtures students in an optimally challenged environment that encourages them to adopt mindful excellence. Moving beyond the obvious, every student focuses on and unpacks themes like growth mindset, handling setbacks and failure etc. that truly empowers them to not just succeed, but thrive in the real-world!
